9Cr18MoV – high-grade stainless knife steel. A high content of 18.0% chromium (Cr) and an average of 0.95% carbon (C) provide high hardness and corrosion resistance, while the addition of alloying elements 1.3% molybdenum (Mo), 0. 8% silicon (Si), 0. 12% vanadium (V) increase strength and wear resistance. 9Cr18MoV is characterized by high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC. It is used in the production of knives, including damascus and surgical blades, swords, scissors, cutlery.
Blade – Reverse Tanto type with a gently marked belly, finished with an elegant satin finish. The small thickness of the blade, combined with a high flat grind , gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the smooth operation of the blade’s opening mechanism, which can be opened with a dual thumb stud in the blade (dual thumb studs) or with a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper). When opened, the flipper forms a mini-guard to prevent the hand from slipping on the blade. On the back of the upper jimping wedge , a notched thumb rest. The whole is locked with a solid liner lock.
Handle – made of exotic Guibourtia wood with a beautiful grain pattern. The chamfered edges of the cover eliminate sharp edges for comfort, and the fore finger groove improves grip security. A series of holes in the Handle relieves the weight and visual impact of the overall design. The open-backed design, fixed with steel spacer sleeves, reduces weight and facilitates cleaning. Two-position, right/leftdeep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in tip-up position (blade tip up).
Case – the knife is packed in a zippered soft nylon case with the brand’s logo. It is used for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
