21833 Red Pakka Wood, Satin, a large hunting and outdoor knife made of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. Pakka wood Handle guarantees a comfortable and secure grip. Hand-stitched leather sheath included. Will not fail in any situation!
X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) – molybdenum-vanadium high carbon martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).
Blade – wide Clip Point type blade finished with elegant Satinization. Despite its thickness, the hollow grind provides excellent cutting properties combined with excellent durability. Guard on both sides, made of zinc-aluminum alloy, protects fingers from slipping on the blade while working.
Handle – made of red stained pakka wood (laminate). The profiled Handle eliminates sharp edges for comfortable grip and the texture on the surface improves grip confidence. Guard and head made of zinc and aluminum alloy.
Sheath – hand-stitched, made of top quality brown cowhide with embossed manufacturer’s logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with a Prym type snap. The belt attachment allows the knife to be carried in an upright position.
