BW-Classic-19G Green Jute Micarta, Satina versatile outdoor knife, perfect for any field expedition. It features a satin-finished blade made ofmolybdenum-vanadium(MoVa)stainless steel and a comfortable handle made from jute Micarta. X50CrMoV15(1.4116) -molybdenum-vanadiumhigh carbon martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of56-58 HRC.The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of15.0%chromium (Cr),0.80%molybdenum (Mo),0.20%vanadium (V).
Blade – robust Bowie profile with a prominently curved belly. Plain edge is crafted with a flat grind, offering excellent cutting performance combined with remarkable durability. A double-sided steel guard at the base of the blade prevents the hand from slipping onto the edge during use.
Handle – profiled, covered with polished waterproof jute micarta grips. Provides a comfortable, secure grip. Rivets attaching the grip covers are made of high nickel brass. In the back of the Handle, a hole for a cord secures it.
Sheath – hand-stitched, crafted from premium, well-tanned natural cowhide leather in a rich brown color. Features the manufacturer’s embossed logo on the sheath body. The holster is secured with a Prim-type snap fastener. The edges are stitched with decorative thread. Designed for vertical carry, the sheath can be attached to a belt or gear for convenient transport.
