Apache Deer Stag, Satin, a large hunting and outdoor knife made of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. Handle made of deer horn guarantees a comfortable and secure grip. Hand-stitched leather sheath included. Will not fail in any situation!
X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) – molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).
Blade – wide Clip Point type blade finished elegantly Satinized. Despite its thickness, the hollow grind provides excellent cutting qualities combined with excellent durability. Gentle recurve increases the length of the cutting edge. Long false blade improves piercing properties. A decorative brass Guard on both sides prevents fingers from slipping on the blade while working.
Handle – made of natural deer horn. The contoured Handle eliminates sharp edges for comfortable grip and the texture on the surface improves grip confidence. In the back of the lanyard hole, a hole for a safety cable.
Sheath – hand-stitched, made of top quality brown cowhide with embossed manufacturer’s logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with a Prym type snap. Belt attachment allows carrying the knife in an upright position.
Additional accessories – decorative pendant made of deer horn and thong.
