Alcaraz-22 Deer Stag, Satin, a large hunting and outdoor knife made of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. Handle made of deer horn guarantees a comfortable and secure grip. Hand-stitched leather sheath included. Will not fail in any situation!
X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) – molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).
Blade – a wide Bowie type blade finished elegantly Satinized. Despite its thickness, the hollow grind provides excellent cutting qualities combined with excellent durability. The long false blade improves piercing properties. A decorative Guard on both sides, made of brass, protects fingers from slipping on the blade while working.
Handle – made of natural deer horn. The contoured Handle eliminates sharp edges for comfortable grip and the texture on the surface improves grip confidence. Guard and head made of brass.
Sheath – hand-stitched, made of top quality brown cowhide with embossed manufacturer’s logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with a Prym type snap. The belt attachment allows the knife to be carried in an upright position.
