X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) – molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 57-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% Chromium, 0.80% Molybdenum, 0.20% Vanadium.
Blade – wide and strong with Bowie profile finished with elegant Satinization. Despite its thickness, the hollow grind provides excellent cutting properties combined with superb durability. The long false blade enhances piercing properties. Guard made of brass on both sides, protects fingers from slipping on the blade while working.
Handle – covered with flexible molded ABS plastic grips, ending in a pommel. Soft rubber Handle fits well in the hand, the knife does not slip from even with wet hands. The firm and secure grip allows you to make precise movements with the knife. Guard and head made of brass.
Sheath – hand-stitched, made of cowhide with embossed manufacturer’s logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with a Prym type snap. Fastening to the belt allows to carry the knife in an upright position.
