CAZ-16 Deer Stag, Satin, large outdoor knife. Satin-finished X50CrMoV15 stainless steel blade. Comfortable handle made of beautiful deer horn. The perfect sidekick for hunting, outdoor activities or survival.
X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) – molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).
Blade – a wide Bowie type blade finished elegantly Satinized. Despite its thickness, the hollow grind provides excellent cutting properties combined with excellent durability. Guard made of stainless steel on both sides, protects fingers from slipping on the blade while working.
Handle – crafted from crown stag, mounted directly onto the tang for exceptional rigidity and durability. The rear of the handle features a lanyard hole for securing the knife.
Sheath – hand-stitched and crafted from premium, well-tanned natural cowhide leather. The surface features the embossed logo of the manufacturer. The edges are sewn with decorative thread. Designed for vertical carry, the sheath can be attached to a belt or gear for convenient transport.
