Vacuum & Cryogenic- the14C28Nsteel undergoes a specialized heat treatment process involving two key stages.Vacuum Heat Treatment:the steel is heated in a vacuum environment, minimizing oxidation and ensuring more uniform metal properties. This process enhances the strength and structural integrity of the steel.Cryogenic Treatment:after heating, the steel is rapidly cooled to extremely low temperatures, often below -100°C (-148°F). This transformation converts residual austenite into martensite, significantly increasing hardness, wear resistance, and overall durability. These advanced treatments enable 14C28N steel to deliver exceptional performance, offering both razor-sharp edge retention and remarkable blade longevity.

Blade – features a Drop Point profile and is single-edged. It is finished using theStonewashed method, which gives the blade a slightly aged, satin-matte appearance and effectively conceals minor scratches and marks resulting from use. It is then coated with a black finish. The long cutting edge in relation to the blade length converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings are responsible for the smooth and smooth operation of the knife’s opening mechanism.
